The air-energy floor heating machine uses the low-grade heat energy in the air to be compressed by the compressor and converted into high-temperature heat energy, and heats the water temperature to not higher than 60°C (general water temperature is 35-50°C), and uses it as a heat medium in a dedicated pipeline Circulating flow, heating the ground decoration layer, and heating the ground through ground radiation and convection heat transfer.

二、 Advantages:
1. Comfortable

The air-energy floor heating machine heats up the heat from the feet, so that the temperature of the entire indoor space is evenly distributed, there is no sense of hot wind, which is beneficial to the body to retain water, and it has a positive effect on rheumatism and asthma.

2. Energy saving

The air-energy floor heating machine uses 35~50°C (convection radiator needs 85°C), and the heat is concentrated within the benefit height of the human body (below 2 meters), which saves 75% of energy compared with traditional heating methods.

3. Save space

The air-energy floor heating machine lays water pipes under the floor to save space and can be matched with different decoration styles.

4. Long service life

The pipes used by the air-energy floor heating machine are buried in the ground, without scaling, corrosion, and unmanned destruction, and the service life is synchronized with the building. Compared with traditional central air-conditioning and radiator heating, it saves maintenance and replacement costs.

三、Installation steps:
1. Design according to the house type;   
2. Reserve temperature control wiring;   
3. Laying insulation layer;   
4. Lay the reflective aluminum foil layer;   
5. Laying floor heating coils;  
6. Fix floor heating pipes with staples or steel wires;   
7. Intermediate acceptance (one hydraulic test);   
8. Level the ground with concrete and cement mortar;   
9. Install air energy and circulating water pumps;   
10. Completion acceptance (secondary hydraulic test);   
11. The special thermostat is finally installed and debugged.

四、Laying method:
There are two types of laying methods for air-energy floor heating used in floor heating: dry and wet:

1. Dry laying method:
In order to solve the problems of the traditional wet installation method, which is difficult to construct, long construction period, and difficult to maintain after installation, the dry installation method came into being. The dry installation of floor heating no longer uses a concrete layer to fix the plumbing pipes, but uses a special plastic template to jam the pipe in the bulge of the template, which is very convenient for laying. The floor is directly laid on the plastic template, and the hot water transfers heat to the floor through the air and the template, and the floor heats the air. 

The pipe is directly embedded in a special laying abrasive tool, no filling layer is needed, simple installation, fast heat dissipation, installation height is generally 30-35mm, and the price is relatively expensive.

2. Wet spreading method:

The wet installation method is currently the most mature installation process for plumbing floor heating, and the price is relatively low. It is the dominant process in the domestic floor heating market. The so-called wet type refers to embedding the floor heating pipes with concrete, and then laying ground, tiles and other ground materials on the concrete layer. This layer of concrete not only protects and fixes the plumbing pipes, but is also the main channel for heat transfer. The concrete layer can distribute the heat evenly, reducing local overheating or overcooling.  

After laying the pipeline, cement filling is required. The installation height is generally 70-80mm, which has good heat storage and low construction cost.

五、 Please noted
1. Can not directly perform high temperature work on the ground, such as using electric stoves, coal stoves, etc. on the ground. Because the ground temperature is too high, the pipeline under the ground will be damaged.  

2. Do not drill or nail on the ground, so as not to penetrate the pipeline under the ground. If you really need to drill, please contact the floor heating installer or check the floor heating pipe layout to confirm that the floor heating pipe will not be damaged. Therefore, you are responsible for the damage caused. .  

3. Try not to install fixed decorations or place legless furniture on the ground, so as not to affect the heat dissipation of the ground. Generally, the bottom of the furniture needs to be more than 5cm from the ground.  

4. Do not place glassware and porcelain containing water directly on the ground during heating to avoid cracks caused by uneven heat.  

5. Articles above 2t/㎡ shall not be placed on the ground to prevent the ground from deforming and cracking. It is necessary to take reinforcement measures (enlarge the contact area and reduce the pressure).  

6. In winter, pay attention to anti-freezing at 0℃ and below. The waterway system in the temporarily unused area cannot be completely closed. If it needs to be closed, a small opening must be reserved to prevent freezing.  

7. In the non-heating period, fill with water for maintenance (refer to the implementation if possible, because water quality problems are involved, water filling and waterproofing may be required multiple times within a year).

六、Application and development trend
Air-energy floor heaters are widely used in household heating and heating systems, and can also be used in aquaculture, planting, production and other industries that require temperature adjustment, such as: pig farms, snake breeding bases, greenhouses for planting flowers, hatching chickens···

In June 2012, air energy products were shortlisted for the first time in the National Energy-saving Products Benefiting Project. In the next few years, green and environmentally friendly new energy and low-carbon products such as air-energy floor heaters will grow at a more alarming rate of development than in the past ten years. Accepted by more and more domestic consumers.
